There are a few factors to consider here. Ideally, an outdoor kitchen is close enough to the house to be able to easily transport supplies back and forth, but far enough away to prevent smoke from blowing into the house. Placing an outdoor kitchen closer to the house can also reduce the cost of running gas, water, and electrical lines.

If you are adding a roof or pergola over the kitchen, additional structural permits will be required. We will handle all the necessary paperwork and inspections for you.
