During this step, we’ll work with you to create a concept that’s truly customized to you. We’ll discuss adjustments and recommendations and answer all your questions. We focus on creating a concept you love. Only after you’ve approved the concept will we move into the final design stage.

Step Four: 3D Model Design

Our 3D design capabilities set us apart in the custom landscape industry. Once we have the concept approved, the Spear’s design team will create a real-life 3D model of your landscape showing what your finished project will look like. These models can show hardscapes, outdoor structures, pools and water features, and whatever else you’ve envisioned.

Additionally, we include plants and trees to visualize colors and future growth. And if your design includes landscape lighting, we can generate a nighttime model showing how it will illuminate and accentuate your landscape. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and our unique 3D models make it easy for you to partner with our designers to achieve the exact look you desire.

Step Five: Construction

Following your design approval, we establish a timeline, and our expert construction and installation crews get to work. You get to witness your dream landscape become reality.
