At Spear’s Landscape, we are committed to the health and well-being of our customers and employees. Currently we are open and on track to offering our excellent services this season. As we all know, the ongoing situation with COVID-19 is changing constantly and we want to assure you that we will do everything in our control to keep our customers and employees safe. Since opening our doors in 2002, we have continuously made improvements to our operations to fit with the changing society. With our design process and innovative 3D design technology, we are set up to continue our path of success through these difficult times to deliver amazing landscapes to our customers.
Consultation
We are trying to be as creative as possible in our design, sales, and installation practices. We can do this without face-to-face contact.
Consultation options include:
- Site walk-through practicing social distancing
- Site visit with consultation via phone where the customer remains inside
Design Presentation
Once your design is complete, your designer will schedule a conference call to review the design. Five minutes prior to the meeting, you will receive your design package (design, quote, etc.) via email. Your designer will guide you through the concept and discuss elements of the design.
Installation
As of now, we plan to start the installation season. In doing so, our employees and customers will practice safe social distancing and handwashing. If at any point the situation becomes unsafe for our customers or staff, we will address the situation appropriately.
