While
there is a lot of science behind high-quality XGrass® artificial turf,
the design of the putting green qualifies that qualifies as the art We
know that at Spears Landscape, so we create dynamic artificial turf
putting greens that match what you want and need on your property.
Heres how we do it:
- Learn
about the property where the putting green will be positioned. We can
use verbal descriptions and parcel maps but the final design really
depends on making an actual site visit where we can look at existing
landscaping, determine if the site is flat or hilly, sandy or rocky,
and if there is anything in particular about the site that needs to be
considered (Dont touch my raspberry plants, please!)
- Next,
we sit down and talk with you. Do you already have something in mind or
should we come back with ideas and choices? This step is so important
because what is talked through here will have a large impact on the
final design decisions.
- Next,
back at the office, we put together a master plan for the putting green
design. That plan takes into consideration what you want as well as our
experience designing and building home putting greens. Well be going
for a putting green that is lovely to look at, challenging to play and
within your budget. Throughout this process, we encourage your
involvement.
- Once
the master plan is established, we present it to you along with a cost
estimate and a time frame for completion. Once we have a signed
agreement, then we can begin!
